Webinar: Perspectives of peacebuilding actors in the humanitarian-development-peace nexus
July 19, 2018 @ 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM
On Thursday, 19 July from 15:00 to 16:30 Geneva time, ICVA Network will run the fourth session of the learning stream on the humanitarian-development-peace nexus, jointly organized by ICVA and PHAP. This session will explore how peace actors see their role in the nexus – including both what humanitarian and development actors can learn from peacebuilding and how peacebuilding efforts can better work towards shared outcomes with other actors in the nexus.
Presenters will include Scott Weber from Interpeace, Anna Chernova from OXFAM and Rabia Nusrat from International Alert regarding their experience working in emergency and conflict contexts, as well as humanitarian and multi-mandated NGOs about their perspectives on peacebuilding in the “nexus.”
You can find more information on the ICVA website.
