In the News: Charity, Condition-Free

A previous In the News post featured a New York Times article about a charity that gives money directly to the recipients with no strings attached. The authors have also contributed to an episode of the radio program This American Life with an in-depth look at the charity. Innovations for Poverty Action, an organization that evaluates anti-poverty programs, has also posted on its blog about the set of stories and how it analyzed the featured charity and similar others.
