The first day of the University of Ghana Institute of African Studies 50th Anniversary Conference has concluded. The conference, “Revisiting the First International Congress of Africanists in a Globalised World,” will continue Friday and Saturday at the University of Ghana, Legon Campus.
The CIHA Blog will be presenting on a panel titled “The CIHA Blog’s Contribution to an Africa-centred Vision of Religion and Humanitarianism: Towards the Next 50 Years,” on Friday, 25 October, at 5:15 p.m. Check out the conference programme for the full list of panels and speakers or visit the conference website.
The first day of the conference has been full of insightful presentations from participants on diverse topics. I can’t forget about the exhibitions and per-conference activities that add color to the 3-event.
I can’t wait to attend CIHA Blog’s presentation.
Bravo to all the CIHABlog representatives for keeping the flag high.
