We at The CIHA Blog strive to provide scholarship and perspectives from scholars and activists based on the continent. Democracy in Africa has a similar idea and has compiled an extensive African politics reading list titled “Decolonising the University: The African Politics Reading List.” This vast list is dedicated to African writers’ contributions to all aspects of the study of politics, though it only includes works written in or translated to English.
