The CIHA Blog is proud to be part of an upcoming summit entitled: “African Leaders of Peace: Achieving Peace in our lifetime”. CIHA Blog Luce Graduate Fellow, Albert Bangirana will be participating at the summit in Cape Town from 13 to 14 August 2018. The Summit is part of the Centenary celebrations of the two great South African and now global Icons – Taata Nelson Mandela and Maama Albertina Sisulu. Apart from celebrating their life-time achievements, the summit will engage with critical issues such as good governance and peace on the continent. The event will bring together local and international representatives from government institutions, religious organisations, academia, youth organisations, activist groups and the wider society to the table.
